If you like to have a cocktail ever so often, leave your cash out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your evening bag, your wallet, and leave all money, credit cards and cheques at home. Grab whatever cash you intend to spend on alcohol, tipping and only the pocket change you anticipate to squander and leave the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You may well have a win after a drunken night out with your buddies and be lucky enough to hit a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Don’t forget that story because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you always consume alcohol and bet. These activities simply do not mix.

Leaving your cash out of the casino might be a little dramatic, but defensive measures for dramatic behavior is compulsory. If you gamble to profit, then do not drink and bet. If you like to blow your $$$$ nary a worry, then consume all the free booze you can handle, but don’t carry charge cards and checks to toss into the mix of going after squanderings after your drunk as a skunk head throws away everything!

Permit me to carry this a single step further. do not drink and then jump on the internet to play in your preferred online casino either. I enjoy a beverage from the coziness of my home, however seeing that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit in close proximity, I can not drink and gamble.

Why? Although I don’t drink alcohol a lot, when I drink, it’s absolutely enough to cloud my better judgment. I bet, so I don’t consume alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. Both make for an awful, and costly, drink.
